Sit on our large terrace on the market square, with the melodious chimes of the church bells and the splashing of the fountain as a backdrop.
Savour one of our homemade specialties while you are there or visit the dining rooms on the first and second floors, where you can dine surrounded by frescoes and skilfully executed ironwork.
Best served with our homemade vanilla ice cream, the Rössl’s apple strudel, baked with homemade puff pastry, is one of the hotel’s most traditional delicacies. Our South Tyrolean apple strudel has been prepared according to our family recipe for five generations now, with little touches added from year to year.
