THE FAMOUS RÖSSL APPLE STRUDEL

Homemade and fresh from the oven – a particular favourite with our guests

Best served with our homemade vanilla ice cream, the Rössl’s apple strudel, baked with homemade puff pastry, is one of the hotel’s most traditional delicacies. Our South Tyrolean apple strudel has been prepared according to our family recipe for five generations now, with little touches added from year to year.

“Folding, rolling and folding, again and again to make puff pastry consisting of no fewer than 145 sheets.”
